2. Where we deliver

  • We deliver to addresses in India only. We do not currently ship outside India.
  • Delivery depends on whether our logistics partners can service your PIN code. Serviceability is checked at checkout, before you pay.
  • If your PIN code is not serviceable, checkout will tell you and you will not be able to pay for delivery to that address. You may try a different delivery address.

3. How we deliver

We arrange delivery through Shiprocket, a logistics service provider, and the courier companies available through it. They carry your parcel on our behalf; your purchase contract is with SHREEVEDA FOODS, not with Shiprocket or the courier. Courier availability for your address is determined through our logistics provider and can change from time to time.

4. Delivery options

For a serviceable PIN code, checkout shows the delivery options available for your order:

  • Standard — generally the most economical option available for your address.
  • Express — generally a faster option, offered only where one is available for your address and is meaningfully faster than Standard.

Options, couriers and estimates depend on your destination, the weight and size of your parcel, and what our logistics partners offer at the time you check.

5. Shipping charges

  • The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, and is included in the total payable.
  • It may vary with the destination, the package weight and dimensions, and the delivery option and courier selected.
  • GST applies to shipping charges as required by law (currently 18%). The shipping amount shown includes this GST.
  • A shipping quote is valid for a limited time and only for the cart and PIN code it was calculated for. If the quote expires, or you change your cart or delivery PIN code, you will be asked to check delivery options again and confirm the updated amount before paying.
  • You cannot pay until a valid delivery option has been selected.

6. Payment

All orders are prepaid. Cash on delivery is not available at present. Your order is confirmed only after we have verified your payment, as explained in our Terms & Conditions.

7. Processing and dispatch

  • We process an order only after its payment has been verified and the order is confirmed.
  • We aim to have confirmed orders packed and ready for dispatch within 7 days of confirmation. This is our working aim, not a guaranteed timeline, and it may be affected by stock, public holidays, operational requirements or events outside our reasonable control.
  • If we expect a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will try to let you know using the contact details on the order.
  • If we are unable to fulfil a confirmed order, we will contact you and deal with it under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or afterwards is indicative. It is based on information from our logistics partners and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Courier transit time is in addition to processing time. Deliveries to remote locations, or during periods of high demand or disruption, can take longer.

9. Your address and contact details

  • Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, including PIN code and a landmark where helpful, and a mobile number on which you can be reached.
  • Couriers may need to contact you to complete delivery. Please keep your phone reachable while your order is in transit.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided with the order.
  • If you need to change the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can change it only before the order is dispatched, where operationally possible, and a change may require delivery options and charges to be recalculated.

10. Tracking your order

Once a shipment has been created and the courier has issued a tracking number, you can follow its progress using the order tracking page with your order number and the mobile number used for the order. Tracking updates may not appear until the courier has collected the parcel.

11. Failed delivery attempts

If the courier cannot deliver your parcel — for example because nobody is available, the address cannot be found or reached, or delivery is refused — the courier records a failed delivery attempt (sometimes called a non-delivery report or NDR). The courier or we may contact you to arrange another attempt. The number of re-attempts depends on the courier.

12. Parcels returned to us (RTO)

If a parcel cannot be delivered after the courier’s attempts, it is returned to us ("return to origin" or RTO). When that happens we will contact you. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer to dispatch the order again (which may involve an additional shipping charge where the return was caused by incorrect details, repeated unavailability or refusal of a legitimate delivery) or deal with it under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Receiving your parcel

  • Please check the outer packaging when your parcel arrives.
  • If the packaging appears opened, tampered with or badly damaged, you may decline to accept it. Please take photographs if you can and tell us promptly.
  • If you notice damage, a wrong item or a missing item after opening, please follow the reporting steps in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the courier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, or was not delivered to you through no fault of yours, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

15. Delays beyond our control

Deliveries may be delayed or prevented by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, transport or courier network disruption, government restrictions and similar events. We will do what we reasonably can to keep you informed and to complete delivery once conditions allow.

16. Contact us

For any delivery question, please contact Aha Rasam directly rather than the courier. We will liaise with our logistics partners on your behalf.

17. Grievances

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may write to our Grievance Officer:

Please include your order number (if any), a description of the issue and any supporting information. We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours of receiving it and work to resolve it within one month, or within any shorter period required by applicable law. Some matters, such as courier or bank investigations, depend on information from third parties; where that is the case we will keep you informed.

18. Changes and applicable law

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page, with its effective date, applies to orders placed while it is in force.

Nothing in this document excludes, limits or waives any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited or waived. If any part of this document conflicts with applicable Indian law, applicable law prevails.
