How to prepare
- Add 1 tablespoon of AHA! Rasam mix to 2 cups of water and boil until it reduces to half.
- Add 3-4 cups of water and let it simmer for 30 seconds.
- In ghee, temper mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves, then add it to the Rasam. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped tomatoes, grated coconut, or any other garnish you enjoy to enhance the flavour.
